  • Shipping & Address Requirements

    • Orders are shipped to the exact address provided during checkout/communication.

    • Accurate recipient information is mandatory for successful delivery.

    • No store liability for incorrect addresses or addresses that cannot be tracked by couriers.

  • Rates & Order Minimums (Per Emirate)

    • Dubai:  No Minimum order | AED 20 delivery fee

    • Sharjah: AED 150 minimum order | AED 40 delivery fee

    • Ajman: AED 150 minimum order | AED 50 delivery fee

    • Abu Dhabi: AED 150 minimum order | AED 50 delivery fee

    • Ras Al Khaimah: AED 150 minimum order | AED 60 delivery fee

    • Fujairah: AED 150 minimum order | AED 60 delivery fee

  • Timing & Delays

    • Timely delivery is always targeted, but delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.

  • Missed Deliveries

    • If the recipient is absent, the courier will contact the sender.

    • Items are returned to the bakery to protect product quality.

    • Redelivery will be held until new updates/instructions are received from the sender.

    • Note: Additional delivery fees may apply for rescheduling a missed delivery.
