Delivery policy

All orders to be delivered to the address provided to us, via any source of communication available. We will need accurate information of the recipient, in order to have a smooth delivery transmission. We hold no responsibility for the delivery of products to the wrong address, or if the address provided is not traceable. Despite our best effort to deliver on time, factors such as traffic and weather conditions may prevent us from delivering your order on time. If, for any reason, you are not present to receive the product at the delivery address, our team will contact the sender and notify them that we returned the items to the bakery and shall await further updates. Minimum orders are applicable and therefore delivery charges will apply based on the total and delivery area. There is no minimum order value for Dubai, however minimum order value of Aed 150 for other Emirates applies. Delivery charges for the Dubai orders is Aed 15, there will be NO delivery charge for orders above Aed 200. Delivery charges to other emirates are also applicable: Aed 40 for Abu Dhabi and Fujairah, Aed 30 for Sharjah and Ajman
